HEALTH PROJECT COORDINATOR

The Health coordinator provides professional technical assistance and support for project design, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and administration/review of project activities, including data analysis, progress reporting, knowledge networking and capacity building, in support of achievement of planned objectives of the work plan, aligned with Health project goals and strategy. CASE MANAGER

The Case Manager will: Draw up case management plan to decide what services are needed by the enrolled households and their children. Organize group meetings and facilitate all APIN aCARES activities at various IP communities. Provision of age appropriate and gender sensitive services for enrolled vulnerable households and their children. These services include Health, Education, Psychosocial support, Shelter and Care, Legal Protection, Nutrition and HES and ensure that all services provided and activities carried out are well documented in the APIN aCARES approved data capturing tools.
